Network USA engagement site


As part of my consulting work with the United Nations Global Compact, I was asked to provide a data reporting structure to help individual nations integrate Salesforce into their website communications strategy. I designed and built out a website for the United States network, with embedded Salesforce data and form inputs to capture inbound leads and track engagement.

To report meaningful data insights from the system, I developed cross-channel reporting flows combining data from Google Analytics, Salesforce / Pardot, and Zoom.

The outcome of this work was a marked increase in both site traffic and engagement outreach, with increased funding and staffing dedicated to the Network USA network.

Having remained a trusted consultant to the project for over three years, I am currently working with the team to develop a vision for the next three years through a series of collaborative workshops. These will include defining and mapping organizational goals, user needs, touchpoint journeys, and interfaces.
